Abstract
⺠The acid- and alkali-soluble polysaccharides of fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata were characterised. ⺠Four monosaccharides, Glc, Fru, Man and Rha, were identified for both polysaccharides. ⺠Glc was occurred as â1)-Glc-(6â in both polysaccharides. ⺠Both polysaccharides showed good significant immunomodulatory activity.
