Abstract
⺠Liposomal nanovesicle (LN) as the nanocarrier for ginseng extract (GE). ⺠Antioxidant ability of GE reduces as homogenisation pressure and time increase. ⺠GELNs with higher PEG mol% give higher ginsenoside encapsulation and reducing powder. ⺠GELN presents higher ÎΨm and lower apoptotic rate in H2O2 damaged cells than GE. ⺠Encapsulation inside LN enhances the intracellular antioxidative activity of GE.
