Abstract
⺠The component profiles of introduced blueberry cultivars in China are identified. ⺠Total antioxidant activities of blueberries are evaluated by a novel HPLC method. ⺠Antioxidant anthocyanins are screened from berries with two specific methods. ⺠The first report of comprehensive evaluation on introduced blueberries in China.
