Abstract
⺠A 14 kDa allergen (PA I) was purified from the crimson sea bream. ⺠PA I was identified as a parvalbumin isoform. ⺠PA I showed lower IgG and IgE reactivities than other fish parvalbumins. ⺠The amino acid sequence of PA I was determined by cDNA cloning. ⺠Amino acid residues peculiar to PA I are observed at several positions.
