Abstract
⺠GSE exhibits no cytotoxicity on RBL-2H3 mast cells. ⺠GSE inhibits degranulation of inflammatory mediators from activated mast cells. ⺠GSE reduces expression of high affinity IgE receptors on mast cells. ⺠GSE reduces calcium influx while increasing intracellular cAMP levels in mast cells.
