Abstract
⺠Automatic Total Analysis Systems to authentify fruit flavoured foods and beverages. ⺠Recognition of chiral markers of peach, coconut, apricot, raspberry, strawberry and melon. ⺠HS-SPME combined with Enantioselective GC-MS and multivariate statistical analysis. ⺠Fast enantioselective GC with cyclodextrin derivatives as chiral selectors. ⺠Reduction of the total analysis time from 67% to 87% depending on the matrix.
