Abstract
⺠Tastants induce release of satiety hormones both dose- and time-dependently. ⺠Sweet and bitter tastants are the most effective in stimulating satiety hormone release. ⺠Equally sweet artificial sweeteners induced stronger effects on hormone release then a sucrose.
