Abstract
âºWe separated bromelain from pineapple fruit using HSCCC coupled with reverse micelle solvent system. âºSuitable separation conditions were all optimised step by step. âºThe separated product showed high purity and good activity. âºThe established separation protocol was effective and can be amplified.
