Abstract
⺠We determined the polyphenolic profiles of 344 Vitis vinifera grape cultivars. ⺠Anthocyanins were the most abundant polyphenols in coloured grapes. ⺠Wine grapes had higher concentrations of total polyphenolics than table grapes. ⺠Darker grapes had higher contents of anthocyanins and total polyphenolic compounds.
