Abstract
► We determined the polyphenolic profiles of 344 Vitis vinifera grape cultivars. ► Anthocyanins were the most abundant polyphenols in coloured grapes. ► Wine grapes had higher concentrations of total polyphenolics than table grapes. ► Darker grapes had higher contents of anthocyanins and total polyphenolic compounds.
