Abstract
⺠Fusarium spp. was isolated with high frequency in kernels and pods of peanuts. ⺠AFBs were detected in 20% and 10% of samples of the IAC 886 and Caiapó varieties. ⺠Analysis showed CPA in 65% and 25% of samples of the IAC 886 and Caiapó varieties. ⺠trans-Resveratrol was found in 73.3% of leaf samples in both varieties studied. ⺠Co-occurrence of aflatoxins and CPA was detected in most contaminated samples.
