Abstract
⺠MSPD was used to extract ginsenosides from leaves of Panax ginseng for the first time. ⺠The extraction and clean-up were done in a single step. ⺠A better extraction yields were obtained. ⺠It can be used to extract ginsenosides in materials by varying operation conditions.
