Abstract
⺠Solubility isotherms of allyl and phenyl isothiocyanates (ITCs) inclusion complex systems were measured. ⺠“AP” type solubility isotherms indicate continuous increases in stoichiometry of the complexes. ⺠Heat stability of the spray-dried complex powders in the solid state and in paraffin was examined. ⺠Inclusion complexation improves the heat stability of the ITCs. ⺠Establishment of a compensation effect in depletion kinetics of the ITCs in paraffin.
