Abstract
► First study by HSCCC-DPPH detection was used for the constituent in Mucuna sempervirens. ► Twelve flavonoids from M. sempervirens were obtained for the first time. ► Oestrogenic activity of the flavonoids in M. sempervirens was first studied. ► M. sempervirens is a resource of excellent antioxidant and oestrogenic activity.
