Abstract
⺠Decyl caffeate was the strongest growth inhibitor of COLO 205 cells. ⺠Decyl caffeate caused loss of mitochondrial membrane potential. ⺠Decyl caffeate induces apoptosis through Fas- and mitochondria-mediated pathways. ⺠Our findings highlight the chemopreventive potential of decyl caffeate.
