												⺠UV-C treatment is rapid and effective to inactivate PME of watermelon juice. ⺠High pressure treatment holds all-trans-lycopene, cis-lycopene of watermelon juice. ⺠High pressure treatment is the best way to keep quality of watermelon juice.
