Abstract
► The identification and quantification of various compounds of phenolic compounds in flaxseed oil using HPLC-ESI-TOF MS for the first time. ► HPLC-ESI-TOF MS help to identify unknown compounds. ► HPLC-ESI-TOF MS could help to improve the utility of flaxseed oil as new sources of those value-added compounds.
