Abstract
⺠MALDI-QTOF MS was employed to detect bovine milk powder adulteration with vegetable oils. ⺠Sample preparation was very simple (only n-hexane extraction). ⺠MALDI-QTOF MS could be using as alternative to classical methods of milk analysis.
