Abstract
⺠The cauliflower phytochemical content depends on genotypic characteristics. ⺠Different genotypes may have a different response to organic management. ⺠Addition of organic fertilisers is effective only with genotype suited for organic agriculture. ⺠The impact of organic system on cauliflower quality should consider different genotypes.
