Abstract
⺠Polysaccharidic extract of Pleurotuseryngii possesses scavenging ability of free radicals. ⺠PEPE has hepatoprotective function in a liver injury mouse model. ⺠PEPE acts as a good therapeutic candidate for hyperlipidemia. ⺠PEPE can be used as a valuable functional food additive.
