Abstract
⺠Evaluation of instant coffee substitutes mineral content. ⺠Overall reduced contribution to the daily mineral intake. ⺠Instant coffees are generally richer in minerals than instant coffee substitutes. ⺠Mg amounts might potentially be used for coffee estimation in the blends. ⺠High-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry was used with positive outcomes.
