Abstract
⺠UHPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn revealed 39 (conjugated) (dihydro) hydroxycinnamic acids (HCA). ⺠Molecular diversity of (conjugated) HCA in potato has been underestimated until now. ⺠Few authentic compounds as external standards accurately quantified conjugated HCA.
