Abstract
⺠Previously published lupine ELISAs suffered from some cross-reactivity. ⺠The present ELISA is specific for lupine, no cross-reactivity with 34 plant species. ⺠Detection of proteins from white and blue and to a lower extent from yellow lupine. ⺠Protein extraction could significantly be shortened to 2 min.
