Abstract
► Flavonoids fingerprint analysis in three red grape cultivars of Vitis vinifera L. was performed. ► Cluster analysis and PCA grouped the grape samples according to cultivar. ► Biosynthesis of flavonols and anthocyanins was related by two metabolic pathways. ► Conjugates of delphinidin, malvidin and peonidin (anthocyanins) were discriminant. ► For flavonols, conjugates of kaempferol, syringetin, myricetin and quercetin were discriminant.
