Abstract
⺠Flavonoids fingerprint analysis in three red grape cultivars of Vitis vinifera L. was performed. ⺠Cluster analysis and PCA grouped the grape samples according to cultivar. ⺠Biosynthesis of flavonols and anthocyanins was related by two metabolic pathways. ⺠Conjugates of delphinidin, malvidin and peonidin (anthocyanins) were discriminant. ⺠For flavonols, conjugates of kaempferol, syringetin, myricetin and quercetin were discriminant.
