Abstract
⺠Glucoamylases produced from wild and mutant Aspergillus niger were purified on FPLC. ⺠The molecular masses were determined on MALDI-TOF. ⺠Mutant glucoamylase gained better catalytic properties for soluble starch hydrolysis. ⺠γ-Ray mutagenesis of microorganisms altered the catalytic properties of enzymes.
