Abstract
► Cultivation year and storage period affect to total ginsenosides in fresh ginseng. ► Cultivation locations and cultivation year affect to phenolics in fresh ginseng. ► Processed ginsengs contained larger amounts of ginsenosides and phenolics. ► Total ginsenosides decreased to 20-80% in all ginsengs after one-year storage. ► Total content of 30 phenolics increased to 30-100% only in processed ginsengs after one-year storage.
