Abstract
⺠Tilapia collagen was isolated. ⺠Subunit α1 and α2 were isolated by carboxymethylcellulose column chromatography using different elution methods. ⺠Basic properties of tilapia collagen and silver carp parvalbumin were compared. ⺠The IgE-binding activities of tilapia collagen and subunit α1, α2 were compared by ELISA.
