Abstract
► Tilapia collagen was isolated. ► Subunit α1 and α2 were isolated by carboxymethylcellulose column chromatography using different elution methods. ► Basic properties of tilapia collagen and silver carp parvalbumin were compared. ► The IgE-binding activities of tilapia collagen and subunit α1, α2 were compared by ELISA.
