Abstract
⺠We assess plasma exposure of EGCg in mice at a dose reflecting intake of one cup of green tea. ⺠A novel stabilizing solution is employed to stabilize EGCg in plasma. ⺠We determine that EGCg peak plasma concentrations are in the low nM range (<40 nM). ⺠The novel stabilizing solution provides superior stabilization to EGCg in plasma than the commonly used stabilizing solution.
