Abstract
► We assess plasma exposure of EGCg in mice at a dose reflecting intake of one cup of green tea. ► A novel stabilizing solution is employed to stabilize EGCg in plasma. ► We determine that EGCg peak plasma concentrations are in the low nM range (<40 nM). ► The novel stabilizing solution provides superior stabilization to EGCg in plasma than the commonly used stabilizing solution.
