Abstract
⺠Unfreezable water content accumulates in high-CO2 treated table grapes. ⺠Unfreezable water content improves frozen textural quality. ⺠Involvement of high CO2 levels in regulating water status in table grapes. ⺠High CO2 levels reduce water leakage caused by freezing-thawing process.
