Abstract
⺠3-HK depletes GTP/ATP pool sizes. ⺠Inhibition of intracellular AdSS activity by 3-HK. ⺠Guanosine reverses the effects of 3-HK on ATP/GTP pool sizes. ⺠3-HK exerts its anti-proliferative effect through depletion of purine nucleotides.
