Abstract
⺠The studied chemical is an important food additive. ⺠Its solubilities in aqueous methanol solvent mixtures were experimentally determined. ⺠The experimental data were correlated with two mathematical models respectively. ⺠The results were useful for synthesis and purification of 5â²-GMPNa2.
