Abstract
► PAs content in seeds and skins of six grape cv significantly differs during ripening. ► Skin PAs differ from seed by the presence of prodelphinidins, and their higher mDP. ► Monomeric composition does not significantly affect the radical scavenging activity. ► Significant and positive correlation between PAs content and antiradical activity.
