Abstract
⺠Among the different steps of mycotoxins analysis the critical one is grain sampling. ⺠Variance could be linked to DON concentration by the following equation: V = aCb. ⺠Grinding generated a homogeneous flour sample. ⺠A longer extraction time with a magnetic agitator improve the extraction rate without increasing the variability. ⺠Grinding process has an effect on extraction rate.
