Abstract
⺠Quercetin and M. pajang kernel extract showed cytoprotective action in HepG2 cells. ⺠Expression of NQO1, GR and MSRA was up-regulated by quercetin. ⺠NQO1, GR and MSRA appear to play a role in the action of quercetin. ⺠Expression of GR and MSRA was up-regulated by the kernel extract. ⺠GR and MSRA appear to play a role in the action of bambangan kernel extract.
