Abstract
⺠Wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Yitpi) grown at elevated CO2. ⺠Grain protein and mineral concentrations were analysed. ⺠Grain protein, Fe, Zn, S and Ca concentrations were significantly reduced at elevated CO2. ⺠Negative effect of elevated CO2 on wheat grain quality is likely to overcome under condition drought and high temperature.
