Abstract
⺠New results regarding synthesis of GOS in pressurised fluids. ⺠Rates greater than those obtained in normal liquid or gas phase reactions. ⺠Results showed significant differences in the maximum production among treatments. ⺠Supercritical CO2 as reaction medium has a great potential in GOS production.
