Abstract
⺠The aim is to develop a new adsorbent and to utilise them for chromium ions removal. ⺠This sorbent is first used as an adsorbent for the adsorption of Cr(VI) ions. ⺠These low-cost adsorbents are of abundantly available and biodegradable. ⺠Osage Orange can be used as low-cost adsorbents for the removal of Cr(VI) ions.
