Abstract
► The aim is to develop a new adsorbent and to utilise them for chromium ions removal. ► This sorbent is first used as an adsorbent for the adsorption of Cr(VI) ions. ► These low-cost adsorbents are of abundantly available and biodegradable. ► Osage Orange can be used as low-cost adsorbents for the removal of Cr(VI) ions.
