Abstract
⺠Bacillus subtilis fermented red bean with fibrinolytic activity was prepared. ⺠The purified fibrinolytic enzyme was a subtilisin-like serine protease with 29.93 kDa. ⺠This enzyme showed amidolytic activity for the hydrolysis of several synthetic substrates.
