⺠Meat from Montanera and Recebo has higher tocopherols contents than Intensive. ⺠Meat from Montanera has higher MUFA content than Intensive. ⺠Serratus ventralis has lower oleic acid content than Longissimus dorsi. ⺠S. ventralis has higher antioxidant content than L. dorsi.
