Abstract
												⺠Novel ACE inhibitory peptide from egg white protein hydrolysates has been found. ⺠The 50% inhibitory concentration of novel ACE inhibitory peptide, Thr-Asn-Gly-Ile-Ile-Arg (TNGIIR), was 70 μM. ⺠The secondary structures of peptides were investigated by FT-IR. ⺠Anticoagulation activity and antioxidant activity of peptides have been evaluated.
