Abstract
⺠Both conjugated fatty acids (CLA and CNA) decreased body fat. ⺠CLA and CNA increased voluntary movement. ⺠CLA and CNA increased energy expenditure. ⺠CLA and CNA increased fatty acid β-oxidation.
