Abstract
⺠Maximum levels of 11 coccidiostats in food of animal origin are regulated in EU. ⺠They can be determined in milk by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. ⺠Sample preparation is based on solvent extraction followed by solid phase extraction. ⺠Validation proved applicability for confirmative determination of 10 coccidiostats.
