Abstract
► Maximum levels of 11 coccidiostats in food of animal origin are regulated in EU. ► They can be determined in milk by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. ► Sample preparation is based on solvent extraction followed by solid phase extraction. ► Validation proved applicability for confirmative determination of 10 coccidiostats.
