Abstract
⺠A method was developed to determine CoQ10 in bee pollen. ⺠The samples were extracted and purified by online cleanup of ASE. ⺠The method proved to be efficient, fast and environmentally friendly. ⺠The method was used to determine CoQ10 content in some samples. ⺠There was a large variation in CoQ10 content amongst the samples.
