Abstract
⺠MAS NMR enables for rapid metabolite studies without need for sample preparation. ⺠The Ï-3, EPA and DHA content in fish can be directly determined. ⺠The metabolite profile investigated by NMR of Atlantic salmon liver is reported. ⺠The metabolite effect of 20% zygomycete included in fish meal was evaluated. ⺠Only minor dietary effects observed in the amount of lactate, anserine and creatine.
