Abstract
⺠The flavonoids isolated from Korea Citrus aurantium L. ⺠We study the anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoids in LPS-activated macrophage RAW 264.7 cells. ⺠The flavonoids reduce LPS-induced COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α and IL-6 via NF-κB and MAPK signal pathway. ⺠This study proved the anti-inflammatory activity of the flavonoids. ⺠The flavonoids can be a therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases.
