Abstract
												⺠A method using DMPD+ to measure the antioxidant ability of cereals and legumes has been developed. ⺠The method is quick and not laborious without solid-liquid extractive phase of the antioxidants. ⺠The proposed method is effective to evaluate both hydro soluble and insoluble antioxidants. ⺠Repeatability and reproducibility were better than those with extractive phase, like precision.
