Abstract
⺠Coconut oil and fusel alcohols are transesterified by immobilised lipase. ⺠Modification of oil matrix with methanol minimises SPME fibre overloading. ⺠Optimisation of time and temperature enables efficient SPME extraction. ⺠Quantification of esters is achieved by HS-SPME-GC-MS-FID.
