Abstract
⺠Description and application of a method for monitoring NIRS models in ground meat. ⺠The methodology used has not been previously addressed in meat analysis. ⺠A large number of samples has been used for the different stages of the work. ⺠The methodology helps to get reliable NIRS predictions in meat routine analysis. ⺠The methodology helps to update calibrations and to detect real outlier samples.
