Abstract
⺠We establish a multiplex PCR assay for the identification of five Cervidae animals. ⺠Our assay is simple, low-cost, fast, sensitive and reliable. ⺠Deer products are subjected to various kinds of technological processes that can be detected by our assay. ⺠The fraudulent phenomenon involving the substitution of deer products is epidemic.
