Abstract
⺠Significant amount of melatonin was identified in mulberry leaves. ⺠Suitable sample preparation was important factor for accuracy of melatonin analysis. ⺠Melatonin contents in mulberry leaves depend on cultivar and leaf age. ⺠Tea processing could decrease melatonin content in mulberry leaves.
