Abstract
⺠New vitamin E alpha-tocomonoenol:AT1 and gamma-tocomonoenol:GT1 in pumpkin seed oil. ⺠AT1 found was 17.6 ± 0.6 μg/g and GT1 118.7 ± 1.0 μg/g, respectively. ⺠The alpha-tocopherol and gamma-tocopherol were 77.9 ± 1.9 μg/g and 586.0 ± 4.6 μg/g. ⺠The gamma-tocotrienol found was as low as 6.9 ± 0.2 μg/g. It was low in seeds as well.
